📋 Description

• Reconcile assigned domestic and international bank accounts • Calculate and book assigned monthly expense accruals • Calculate and book assigned Income Statement expense reallocations • Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconcile them to the Trial Balance Report • Investigate and record adjustments/reclasses for GAAP compliance • Review GL Account and Department coding on vendor bills • Back up the AP Coordinator during PTO • Assist with preparation of financial reports • Perform GL Account analysis to ensure internal controls are followed • Ensure timely preparation, filing, and payment of sales tax returns • Complete requested PBCs for the annual audit • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as directed by the Global Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Solid understanding of United States generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Adherence to deadlines • Detail-oriented approach to accounting tasks
