📋 Description

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Develop yourself through continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant field experience required • 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or related technical roles • 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field • Basic operational knowledge/understanding and theory of interconnecting circuits including RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio, and AC-DC power systems • Experience/Familiarity with Nokia RAN equipment is a plus • Experience with Ceragon Microwave technology is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and work outside in the elements
