📋 Description

• Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms) and ensure submissions are accurate and complete • Assist with job order entry from internal job scrapers and incoming email requests • Post, maintain, refresh, and remove job postings while keeping order statuses up to date • Assist with gathering and submitting required documentation for nurse profiles, including credentials, licenses, and vendor-specific documentation • Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and vetting when needed • Maintain accurate client and facility information within internal systems and vendor platforms • Provide desk support to Account Managers during periods of high volume or coverage needs • Act as a secondary contact between internal teams, Account Managers, and client facility representatives when needed • Deliver excellent customer service to internal partners and external clients • Provide operational and administrative support for smooth client services operations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams • Experience working in healthcare staffing, hospital environments, or medical sales support preferred • Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms) preferred • Experience supporting client services, account management, or operations teams preferred
