• Serve as a clinical escalation point for issues involving travel clinicians at client facilities • Act as a clinical liaison between hospital leadership, vendors, and SimpliFi teams • Review vendor applicants and assist the Clinical Interview Specialist team with clinical interviews on behalf of unit leadership • Participate in MSP implementations and launches, ensuring clinical processes are communicated and executed successfully • Partner with business development when meeting prospective clients to explain SimpliFi’s clinical processes and approach • Monitor clinician performance evaluations and identify opportunities for coaching, improvement, or recognition • Participate in departmental discussions about trends in terms and cancellations and identify clinical insights and recommendations • Consult with Risk Management on situations presenting risk to clinicians, clients, or SimpliFi • Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams by translating real-world nursing expertise into improved processes and decisions • Lead and develop the Clinical Interview Specialist team by establishing performance standards, providing coaching, and supporting team growth • Collaborate with Client Relationship, Compliance, Operations, CAP Managers, Clinical Directors, and the VP/Chief Clinical Officer on day-to-day clinical operations and long-term client success
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Active RN license in at least one state • 5+ years of nursing experience across multiple specialty areas • Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with CNOs, Directors, Nurse Managers, and clinical staff • Experience leading or mentoring others • Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and discretion • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to travel up to 15% • Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered • Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Education • Preferred: Prior leadership experience
