📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and organize SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge resources across recruiting, payroll, and operations • Build and update training materials, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks • Partner with leadership to document new processes, workflow updates, and operational changes • Audit and refine documentation for accuracy, usability, and alignment with current practices • Translate complex operational workflows into clear, user-friendly training and reference materials • Support rollout of new initiatives with tools, documentation, and guidance • Manage and distribute operational reporting, including performance tracking and internal metrics • Ensure reporting data accuracy and consistency for leadership visibility and decision-making • Coordinate across teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve training and documentation resources • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable materials • Experience developing training programs or operational learning content • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience • Preferred: Experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or support services • Preferred: Experience with knowledge management systems, internal wikis, or documentation platforms • Preferred: Exposure to recruiting workflows or candidate submission processes
