• Prospect and convert new enterprise and mid-market clients across the U.S. • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding. • Present staffing solutions and service models to multiple levels of decision-makers. • Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and customers. • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals. • Represent the company at selected conferences and industry events (2–3 times per year). • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client implementation and delivery success.
• 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) • Proven success as a hunter with a strong record of new client acquisition • Established relationships within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders) • Ability to sell into enterprise and mid-market environments, influencing multiple decision-makers • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Tech-savvy; comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and MS Office • Bachelor’s degree required • Must be located in the U.S. • Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for industry events • Not eligible: candidates with experience solely in healthcare or light industrial staffing.
