📋 Description

• Lead the Aktiv development team and drive technical innovation • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of high-performing engineers • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment • Provide continuous feedback, address performance, recognize contributions, and monitor team health through regular 1:1s • Lead strategic initiatives, balance high-impact projects with technical debt management, and allocate resources • Partner with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality, customer-focused products • Foster continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and team processes • Resolve conflicts, facilitate team decision-making, and manage cross-functional relationships • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions across platforms and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, OR at least 7 years of industry experience building and shipping software • Proven experience leading software engineering teams, growing talent, and navigating complex technical problems • Demonstrated experience shipping both web and mobile products at scale • Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer • Java and/or React experience preferred • Strong ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable technical plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
