📋 Description

• Review TSTC’s CMMI Services Level 3 materials • Help identify and fill gaps in the materials • Provide suggestions for improvements • Help implement recommended improvements • Support TSTC through its CMMI Services Level 3 renewal and assessment process • Work directly with corporate leadership to articulate issues and provide solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience with CMMI Level 3 Services implementation and understanding assessment requirements • Self-motivated and able to work independently and on teams • Fluent in reading and writing English • Understanding of changes between CMMI Model V2.0 and 3.0 • Ability to articulate issues and provide solutions to corporate leadership • Skilled in MS Office suite • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and complete tasks • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must reside in a HUBZone • No security clearance required • W2 employment only; no 1099/contractor agreements
