📋 Description

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modeling • Develop driver-based models, scenario planning, and rolling forecasts • Translate strategic initiatives into financial plans, investment frameworks, and measurable outcomes • Build, lead, and develop the FP&A function • Establish operating rhythms, deliverables, and performance standards • Advise business leaders across product, marketing, operations, and corporate functions • Own daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking • Drive budget management, cost control, cash flow, and liquidity management • Deliver analytics to improve performance, ROI, and resource allocation • Implement financial tools, systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions • Lead evolution of financial systems, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure • Standardize KPIs and provide consistent business insights • Improve processes to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and accelerate reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles • Significant experience in growth and data-driven environments; SaaS, EdTech, or technology preferred • Progressive leadership experience building and scaling high-performing functions • Deep expertise in financial modeling, planning, and performance management • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong experience with financial systems and BI tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, and Power BI • Strong interest in automation and AI for workflow and decision-making improvements • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to accuracy • Collaborative, inclusive leadership approach
