• Perform data imports, transformations, and migrations using Excel and SQL • Manage escalated client support tickets related to data issues through resolution • Build and customize client-facing reports using HTML templates and internal tools • Partner with Client Success to translate client requirements into technical solutions • Follow and improve implementation workflows and operational processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, technical support, implementations, or related roles • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL • Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS • Familiarity with JavaScript or Python preferred • Experience with CRM systems • Familiarity with APIs (REST) and system integrations is a plus
