📋 Description

• Own end-to-end production of projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness • Coordinate with trading, operations, and creative teams across multiple APAC time zones • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for APAC-based work • Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and reconcile actuals against estimates • Liaise with local partners, studios, and suppliers across key APAC markets • Maintain production documentation including schedules, call sheets, and status logs • Identify and flag risks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track • Support senior team members on larger-scale productions as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or in-house studio • Strong understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and/or content formats • Demonstrated experience managing projects across APAC markets and time zones • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Clear, confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar) • Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity
