📋 Description
• Build and scale UGC production for Facebook Ads. • Organize casting and onboarding of actors and contractors, create briefs and oversee execution. • Ensure a steady flow of high-quality creatives for ad campaigns. • Analyze creative performance together with Media Buying and Design teams. • Generate and test new approaches; adapt creatives for different GEOs (Europe, Tier-1, India, LATAM). • Optimize costs and select top-performing contractors.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience working with UGC in the iGaming niche or traffic arbitrage. • Hands-on experience collaborating with actors, production teams, editors, and media buyers. • Understanding of what an effective UGC structure looks like within a typical arbitrage team. • Experience building processes from scratch is a strong plus. • Creative production skills: creating UGC videos with hooks in the first 3 seconds and adapting to trends (emotional reactions, before/after).
