📋 Description

• Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance, and Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage. • Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business. • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line. • Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs. • Focus exclusively on selling insurance policies, without customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license. • Active Life and Health insurance license. • Experience handling inbound lead flow. • Experience advising clients on insurance coverage. • Experience closing insurance sales. • Openness to mentorship and ongoing sales training. • Experience working with agency-provided leads.
