📋 Description

• Contribute to the Trane Service Products Growth Team, a cross-functional team including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders • Support development of the services strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan for the service business • Manage day-to-day needs of the service offering, especially implementation of new pricing strategies • Conduct industry, market, and competitor analyses, including detailed segmentation of end consumers and customers • Contribute to development and execution of multigenerational product plans for service products • Collaborate with service and equipment product managers to align strategy with broader system initiatives and Trane's overall strategy • Collaborate with product support and applications teams to document product support efforts for field action • Support creation and execution of marketing and commercialization plans for new service offerings • Review and recommend adjustments to offer structure, pricing, policies, or service features based on product line reviews • Ensure pricing changes to existing offerings account for inflation, market trends, competitor actions, offer changes, feature changes, and product lifecycle stages

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or a related field • Bachelor's degree required • Technical bachelor's degree preferred • Strong knowledge of HVAC applications and systems highly preferred • Experience with strategic pricing is a plus • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively in a team environment • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Strong strategic thinking skills
