📋 Description
• Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies • Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures • Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information • Follow compliance and authorization requirements • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines • Navigate between multiple software systems
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED • 3+ years of medical office experience • Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills • Proven ability to navigate between multiple software systems • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word • Experience with remote work • Must reside in AL, AZ, GA, ID, NC, TX, UT, or WA
