📋 Description

• Drive sales by proactively and reactively marketing Transamerica as a provider of mutual funds, annuities, and insurance products • Develop new business leads and cultivate existing relationships • Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Vice Presidents to increase market share and product visibility • Provide dedicated sales support and service through proactive calling • Maintain daily contact with Regional Vice Presidents regarding territory coverage, relationship building, business plans, and sales goals • Document proactive activity and pertinent issues in the CRM system • Participate in developing and executing the territory business plan • Collaborate with home office departments, Regional Vice Presidents, Division Vice Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Internal Relationship Managers • Assess representatives’ needs and determine appropriate sales support • Keep the Sales Desk Manager informed about goal attainment concerns, role clarification, and training needs

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA degree required or equivalent industry experience • FINRA Series 7 • FINRA Series 63 • Intermediate level personal computer skills including electronic mail, work processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred) • Ability to make 45 outbound phone calls or 55 total calls, both inbound and outbound • Ability to work in an office environment
