📋 Description

• Translate and proofread documents for a variety of clients • Create and finalize translated content before delivery to the client • Translate English-language materials into Vietnamese • Work on materials in the Legal and Insurance sectors • Collaborate with managers and Project Managers • Perform Translation, MTPE, and/or Proofreading/QM work as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Translate from English into Vietnamese • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese • Specialized in Legal fields • Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines • Applicants must sign a confidentiality agreement • Applicants must complete free Translation, MTPE, and/or Proofreading/QM tests • One of the following: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent degree with significant translation training) from a recognized higher-education institution; 2 years of translation experience and a college degree; 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or a certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body • Relevant Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading/QM experience should be included in the CV • Proposed best Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading per-word rate in USD should be included in the CV • Vietnamese proficiency required • English proficiency required
