📋 Description

• Provide remote interpretation services for U.S. immigration court hearings • Support asylum, removal, credible fear, bond, and related proceedings • Provide simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, and sight translation • Support hearings across multiple U.S. time zones • Accept assignments of approximately 2.5–4.5 hours

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence • At least one year of experience interpreting in a judicial environment • Ability to interpret for immigration courts • Experience with simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, and sight translation • Spanish, Turkish, Hindi, Punjabi, Nepalese, Haitian Creole, or another qualified language • Resume and brief summary of judicial/legal interpreting experience • Language pair(s), certification(s), and availability must be included in the application
