📋 Description

• Support ongoing user research initiatives focused primarily on Text-to-Speech (TTS) quality and potentially Translation quality • Build, configure, and manage questionnaire-based research studies using Qualtrics or similar tools • Implement complex survey logic and workflows based on predefined study designs • Launch and monitor studies to ensure smooth execution and data quality • Collect, organize, clean, and validate survey responses • Analyze study results to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and key data drivers • Produce structured summaries, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders on the US East Coast regarding study execution and reporting • Maintain documentation and ensure research processes are organized and repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting or running questionnaire-based research studies • Demonstrated experience collecting and validating survey responses and producing insight-driven summaries and reports • Strong working knowledge of Qualtrics, including survey logic and workflow configuration • Fluent English (written and verbal) • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to clearly communicate findings • Ability to follow structured research plans and execute independently • Strong preference for experience in Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice testing, translation quality, or related domains • Experience in software, technology, or digital product environments • Understanding of statistics for survey analysis • Familiarity with user interfaces and UX concepts • Experience working with distributed or international teams
