📋 Description

• Process “Calls for Help” received from the supported community • Become familiar with supported games to resolve player requests • Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes • Use ticketing and social media platforms • Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues • Assist with reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets • Support managers with ad-hoc tasks • Reach KPIs including productivity, quality, and player satisfaction • Enforce community rules fairly within the game context • Report issues and trends found in the game

🎯 Requirements

• Native level of Russian with excellent oral and written skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision • Great knowledge of gaming social media, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord • Passion for video games • CV must be submitted in English
