📋 Description

• Assist Adjusters with Occupational Accident claims duties • Work together with Adjusters to develop an effective system • Back up another Claims Assistant during scheduled absences • Submit requests for medical records and coordination of benefits • Contact providers for treatment information and appointment updates • Follow up on lease/IC agreements, earned income, claim forms, and documentation • Return Adjuster voicemails and assist with bill status calls • Request, review, and document police reports and ISO reports • Request child support lien documentation • Review and document Claim Forms, SOAP, and MTPL • Prepare and submit claim correspondence • Upload urgent documents for Adjusters • Assist with claim closure • Process medical bills under $5,000 according to protocols • Complete assigned tasks within 5 business days of the due date • Report to Supervisor(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent • One year of administrative or office experience preferred • Microsoft Office experience • Completion of the pre-employment assessment
