📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive threat emulation exercises, including Red Team Operations, Purple Team Operations, and penetration tests • Simulate cyber-attacks to uncover vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on purple team exercises • Perform lateral movement within target environments to assess network segmentation and access controls • Apply local privilege escalation techniques • Emulate threat actors’ techniques, tactics, and procedures • Develop and use custom scripts, tools, and frameworks for red team operations • Conduct reconnaissance to gather intelligence and identify attack vectors • Test cloud-based environments and identify configuration, access-control, and data-protection weaknesses • Document and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations in reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Report to a Director of Cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of active experience conducting penetration tests and working as a red teamer • Proven track record in red team operations and purple team operations • Ability to compromise modern organizations, escalate privileges, move laterally through complex networks, and achieve adversary goals • Strong experience with phishing techniques, social engineering tactics, and other initial access methods • Extensive experience writing comprehensive, well-structured reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations • Basic development experience with Python, Bash, Git, or equivalent tools to create custom solutions • Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous
