📋 Description

• Own how OleOle’s products, features, and experiences are explained to users across web and mobile • Work directly with the Founder, product, design, and engineering teams • Own user-facing product communications across onboarding and registration, social and content, messaging and calling, live sports, invitations and rewards, wallets and payments, ticketing and commerce, AskOle, and future products • Develop feature explanations, onboarding screens, calls to action, permissions and consent messaging, notifications, transaction messages, success and error states, help content, FAQs, new-feature introductions, and other product communications • Identify communication requirements before product launches • Review product flows from the user’s perspective and identify where explanation, education, reassurance, or context is needed • Establish OleOle’s product voice, terminology, and communications standards across products and user journeys • Design communications standards to work across countries, cultures, and languages • Develop broader communications for product launches and major releases • Ensure communications outside the product are consistent with the in-product user experience • Personally write, edit, review, and establish the communications system in an early-stage environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product communications, content design, UX content, product marketing, or a closely related consumer technology role, including significant senior-level ownership • Experience owning user-facing communications for a large-scale consumer technology product or platform • Ability to translate complicated products into simple, clear language • Experience working directly with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior leadership throughout product development • Experience developing product messaging across onboarding, feature education, calls to action, notifications, permissions, confirmations, errors, help content, FAQs, and customer journey touchpoints • Experience with complex consumer product categories such as social media, messaging, fintech, payments, wallets, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, ticketing, gaming, or AI • Experience establishing product voice, terminology, editorial standards, and communications systems across multiple products and teams • Experience launching major consumer products or features and coordinating communications before, during, and after launch • Understanding of how communication affects adoption, activation, engagement, trust, retention, and conversion • Experience communicating sensitive or high-trust experiences such as payments, financial transactions, identity verification, privacy, security, permissions, rewards, or account access • Experience building communications for international products and working with localization and translation across multiple languages and cultures • Excellent written English and exceptional editing skills • Strong product judgment and confidence challenging unclear product experiences • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements • Highly hands-on; willing to personally write, edit, review, and establish the communications system • Strongly preferred: experience at a major global consumer technology company with sophisticated, multi-product user experiences • Understanding of football and international sports is a huge plus
