📋 Description

• Own design for one of Tremendous’s product areas end-to-end • Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces • Own the product copy in designs • Contribute to the team’s vision, planning, and roadmap • Build and improve the design system • Document context, constraints, and options in Notion docs and Figma files • Use AI throughout research, prototyping, and iteration • Maintain and raise the design quality bar • Design for diverse recipients with accessibility and internationalization in mind • Conduct user research and usability tests • Scope, drive, and measure design work against user and business goals • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience • Experience at a startup or fast-moving product company • Portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces • Proven experience building and improving design systems • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Experience using AI tools in the design workflow, including v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar, for prototyping • Ability to handle ambiguity and independently conduct research and gather information • Experience designing with accessibility and internationalization in mind • Required resume, LinkedIn profile, and visa-sponsorship response in the application • Work authorization or visa sponsorship status for work in the United States must be addressed
