📋 Description

• Own the rapid response model globally for TRII • Scale the existing framework from regional implementation to a global team standard • Finalize the RACI with Threat Ops, AI Labs, and Threat Hunt • Run the activation path end to end: signal, score, tier, and activate • Decide what TRII responds to, at what tier, and against what service level • Hold P0 to a one to two day turnaround and tactical publication to a one to three day cycle • Merge the two scoring systems into one system routing publication and commercial activation • Align the threat rapid response process with the product marketing market signals process • Establish and run the listening function for threat, incident, breach, and relevant market news signals • Draft and first-pass edit tactical output • Validate assumptions, analysis, and technical accuracy with threat researchers • Set and maintain the editorial standard for tactical output • Escalate contested, blocked, or delayed tactical work to the Director when necessary • Work with AI and automation to automate monitoring and drafting steps • Contribute to weekly top threats communications and distribution to sales teams and customers • Represent rapid response in the monthly business report and leads meeting

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience as a cyber threat intelligence analyst • Record of publishing analysis under time pressure that held up afterward • Strong technical writing skills for CISOs, practitioners, and journalists • Breadth across nation state activity, criminal operations, vulnerabilities, and emerging AI threats • Judgment about what is worth publishing • Experience building or materially improving a process • Comfort working asynchronously across a distributed team • Discipline to document work so it survives a handoff • Risk modeling or quantitative threat assessment • Experience with incident communications or newsroom-style operations • Familiarity with Jira-based intake and editorial workflow • Experience working alongside automated drafting or summarization tooling • Public speaking, briefing, or media experience
