📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Submarine implementation projects, from initial scoping through go-live and post-implementation review • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate • Coordinate technical discovery, infrastructure setup, testing, and client training workstreams • Ensure implementation milestones are met according to agreed timelines and client expectations • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle • Build relationships with client project sponsors, technical leads, and market data teams • Facilitate project status meetings and steering committees, providing updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Manage client expectations and support internal IT security, infrastructure, and compliance approval processes • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Development, Managed Services, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams • Contribute to Submarine implementation methodology and documentation • Maintain project status reporting and track delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and issue resolution metrics • Contribute to internal governance processes and ensure implementations meet quality and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or financial services environment • Proven track record of delivering complex technical implementations on time and within scope • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships at both technical and executive levels • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Clear and confident written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders • Familiarity with Bloomberg Data License, reference data, or market data infrastructure is highly advantageous • Experience working with on-premise or hybrid deployment models is a plus • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
