📋 Description

• Support, enhance, and implement JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications in a homebuilding environment • Support the suite of applications comprising the JDE portfolio • Serve as a primary support point for end users and subject matter expert on JDE functionality • Support Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job Cost, and Homebuilder modules • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and resolve support tickets • Gather and document requirements • Map and improve business processes • Support implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of the JDE Homebuilder system and related applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document homebuilding processes • Lead implementation and optimization of JDE solutions • Configure and customize JDE applications for homebuilding requirements • Manage projects from inception through completion, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and status reporting • Provide day-to-day JDE application support and troubleshoot system issues • Work with IT teams to resolve system problems • Act as primary contact for JDE-related inquiries and issues • Develop and deliver training for end users and technical teams • Create and maintain business process flows, system configuration guides, and user manuals • Identify process improvement and system enhancement opportunities • Monitor JDE updates, industry trends, and homebuilding best practices • Facilitate communication among business users, IT teams, and external vendors • Conduct stakeholder meetings regarding project status, issues, and solutions • Develop and maintain ReportsNow reports • Develop Orchestrations to enhance system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on JD Edwards • In-depth knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne applications, primarily in Finance, Accounting, Job Cost, and Homebuilder modules • Experience with Hyphen BuildPro is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills related to data manipulation • Database and SQL knowledge is a plus • Proven experience creating reports with report-writing tools or other relevant software • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills • Effective in-person, phone, and written communication skills • Excellent documentation and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-energy environment • Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement • Must be located in AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, NC, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA • Applicants requiring visa sponsorship, including H1B or OPT, cannot be considered
