📋 Description

• Partner with Trility clients to design, build, and enhance modern cloud-native applications and platform services • Work across backend APIs, frontend user experiences, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and emerging AI-assisted development practices to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions • Operate across the full technology stack, from application development and database design to infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must be able to pass a background check • - 5+ years of experience building and supporting production software applications • - Strong experience developing backend services using Node.js and/or Python • - Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs in production environments • - Full-stack development experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript • - Strong experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or similar technologies • - Experience designing database schemas, implementing migrations, and optimizing application performance • - Hands-on experience building and supporting cloud-native solutions within AWS • - Experience with serverless and container-based architectures including services such as AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, SNS, SES, and related cloud services • - Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • - Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, automated deployments, and modern source control workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions • - Experience designing and maintaining automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • - Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed applications in production environments • - Experience building secure, scalable applications with an understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, and cloud security best practices • - Ability to work across multiple application domains, services, and shared codebases while maintaining high standards of software quality • - Experience working in agile software development environments using collaborative engineering practices such as pair programming, code reviews, and iterative delivery • - Interest in AI-assisted software development and experience leveraging tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AI SDKs, automated code review tooling, or similar technologies to improve engineering productivity • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
