📋 Description

• Research, develop, configure, implement, design, and proactively support and manage Trillium’s Power BI Reporting Platform • Assess the organization’s reporting needs and help develop a long-term reporting strategy • Lead, plan, coordinate, and administer reporting systems development, documentation, and implementation activities • Provide technical support regarding systems capabilities to Information Technology projects • Provide training for IT and Trillium staff as needed and directed • Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models • Develop and maintain the SQL queries, data pipelines, and dependent systems powering reporting solutions • Continuously assess platform capabilities, performance, and governance • Research, develop, test, deploy, and document new data ingestion, processing, sending, and sharing methods and tools with IT teams • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures, including regular audits, for reporting platforms and computer files • Specify users and user access levels for reporting platform segments • Select, develop, and deploy code to monitor reporting platform performance • Develop reference and workflow documents • Revise agency data definitions in the data dictionary for reporting and visualizations

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in information technology, data analytics, or reporting development • Knowledge of n-tier development and support • Knowledge of relational and data warehouse development • Knowledge of extract-transform-load processes • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) • Requires certification • Two-year degrees require certification • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within the United States • Preferred: Degree in Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics, Engineering Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Human Service field, and/or Healthcare Administration • Preferred: Microsoft data systems certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL v3, Power BI, INFORMS, IIBA, AWS, Azure, or applicable certifications • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
