📋 Description

• Perform strategic leadership and oversight of data management staff and the organization’s database systems and data warehouse platforms. • Apply advanced knowledge of enterprise technology strategy and operations to direct performance, security, and scalability of enterprise data environments that support organizational strategy. • Lead and direct senior information technology leadership, including directors and managers, with accountability for performance, development, and succession planning. • Establish strategic roadmap for database and data warehouse services aligned with organizational priorities. • Establish governance structures, policies, and standards for data management and architecture. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives. • Oversee administration of enterprise databases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, or data engineering. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within United States. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Communications, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines (Preferred). • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Communications, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines (Preferred). • Supervision of two (2) or more employees (Preferred). • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) (Preferred). • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer), or equivalent certifications will be accepted (Preferred).
