📋 Description

• Perform analysis on rate trends • Develop insights into key financial drivers • Communicate findings to various stakeholders • Develop and implement payer analytics and economics strategies around provider rates • Analyze behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data and rates using Excel, SQL, Access, and other data sources and programs • Utilize industry trends and Medicaid fee schedules and data concepts to drive decision-making • Prepare presentations and other collateral materials to support rate initiatives • Participate in rates process improvement projects • Provide technical training and support to team members

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics, including experience with Excel or experience developing and writing code; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics, including experience with Excel or experience developing and writing code; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics, including experience with Excel or experience developing and writing code; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Excel or experience developing and writing code • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Two (2) years or more experience in Managed Care industry preferred • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
