📋 Description

• Performs day-to-day billing and follow-up activities within revenue operations • Documents claims billed, paid, settled, and follow-up • Identifies and escalates billing issues • Communicates with hospital departments to clarify discrepancies • Researches claim rejections and takes corrective actions • Trains and guides lower level colleagues • Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field • Minimum of three (3) or more years of direct experience in revenue cycle functions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Time management skills
