📋 Description
• Enhance workflow for clinical pharmacy services throughout the network • Provide patient identification, outreach, and scheduling support • Interact with all levels of medical staff to discuss relevant patient information • Conduct chart review and patient interviews to identify reasons for poor medication adherence • Document patient cases effectively in the electronic medical record
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent • Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician registration/license • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with PTCB • Three years of pharmacy technician practice • Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
