📋 Description

• Develop and optimize technology products for biopharmaceutical and medical device clients • Partner with business leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists to design, validate, build, and launch products and features • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, development, and delivery • Translate business requirements into product roadmaps and actionable product requirements • Conduct business process mapping and user experience design • Manage agile sprints, prioritize backlogs, and deliver products on schedule • Analyze healthcare data, including claims data, to develop insights for life sciences organizations • Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and plans • Monitor product performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics • Advise stakeholders and influence product decisions • Evaluate emerging technologies, including GenAI, for product applications • Foster collaboration and alignment across geographically distributed teams • Partner with engineering teams to scope work and forecast development and release timing • Lead risk mitigation and resolve project or development issues • Ensure business and technical QA processes • Lead agile engineering teams and align development work with strategy • Develop client-facing capability slides and maintain product demo flows • Support priority client proposals and pitches • Develop and train teams on implementation playbooks • Enable handoffs from Product to Client Technology teams for deployments and configurations • Support high-stakes client implementations and communicate the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 12 to 18 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related business/technical roles with a strong focus on healthcare data analytics and product delivery • 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing real-world data in the healthcare space, including claims data, for use by life sciences organizations • Deep familiarity with client business needs and business rules required for analyses • Experience with business process mapping, user experience design, and agile software development • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and evolving priorities • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholder types and levels • Ability to lead by influence • Proven analytical mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans • Commitment to continual learning, particularly in GenAI • Experience working with cross-geography teams • Ability to partner with engineering teams to scope tasks and forecast development and release timing • Ability to anticipate and develop mitigation strategies for project risks • Ability to identify actionable solutions to project and development issues • Ability to ensure robust QA processes from business and technical perspectives • Ability to understand, refine, and pressure test stakeholder requirements • Ability to create detailed product requirements with stakeholders and UI/UX teams • Ability to act as Product Lead for an agile engineering team • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements • Ability to develop and train on implementation playbooks • Ability to support client implementations and deployments
