📋 Description

• Provide Installation Stage testing and System Operational Verification Testing (SOVT) plan development and coordination • Assist the Fleet Modernization Branch Manager with Stage Testing and SOVT plan development • Construct testing frameworks for V6 and V7 shipboard installation key events and milestones • Participate in or lead working groups for test plans and procedures • Coordinate shipboard and shore-site testing teams • Ensure Shipcheck tasking, funding, SIDs delivery milestones, and installation planning support • Review Planning Yard shipcheck execution reports and provide recommendations • Support communications with Regional Maintenance Centers and SURFMEPP regarding repairs • Participate in design development, TDP reviews, meetings, and cross-program events • Provide technical input for LARs/RLARs and advice for installation problem resolution • Review RMC and Third Party Advance Planning work specifications • Advise Installation and Program Managers on risks and mitigations • Interface with Planning Yard representatives to resolve installation issues • Collaborate with ISEA, OSR, and OSIC on work item requirements • Prepare Request for Contract Change instructions and justifications • Coordinate advance planning readiness for execution • Review contractor and in-process availability reports • Provide input on cost estimates and contract changes • Interface with ISEA personnel on advance planning and execution of alterations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • At least 7 years of experience • Ability to receive and/or maintain a Secret Security Clearance • Willingness/ability to travel 15% of the time
