📋 Description

• Support the Project Manager through all phases of construction projects, from startup through closeout • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, permits, contracts, and project records • Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and vendor/subcontractor compliance requirements • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, invoice review, and subcontract administration • Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and procurement efforts to help maintain project timelines • Participate in project meetings and communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule, cost, or coordination issues • Assist with quality control, safety documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in commercial construction • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, procurement processes, and change management • Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and subcontract administration • Proficiency in ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software
