📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of U.S. defense and intelligence accounts from onboarding and training through adoption, value realization, and renewal • Act as trusted advisor to national security accounts • Explain complex technical and investigative concepts • Build success plans, engagement cadence, and value stories supporting renewals and expansion • Build and deliver demonstrations and structured training for analysts, operators, and agency leadership • Monitor usage and engagement and identify churn risks • Partner with Account Directors on expansion opportunities • Translate national security investigative priorities into feedback for Product and Engineering • Conduct weekly customer syncs and bi-weekly health syncs with the Deployment Strategist team and leadership • Coordinate with aligned Sales teams on renewal and expansion motions • Participate in async daily Slack check-ins • Run quarterly business reviews and customer webinars • Respond to urgent customer-blocking issues during on-call weekends • Travel for customer visits, trainings, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance • US citizenship • Home base in the DC metro area (DC, MD, or VA) • Proven customer success, deployment strategy, or other post-sales experience with US government accounts • Experience driving adoption, renewal, and expansion • Experience training leadership and hands-on users • Demonstrated AI fluency, including building and using AI workflows beyond basic summarization • Nice to have: hands-on intelligence, blockchain analysis, or investigative background embedded in the US government • Availability during US business hours, with overlap for internal syncs and customer coverage • Ability to participate in approximately one weekend on-call shift per month after ramp • Willingness to travel occasionally, typically a few short trips per quarter • Active clearance must already be held; TRM does not sponsor clearances
