🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of people management with 10–15+ direct reports • Operational / investigative experience • Scam-ecosystem familiarity strongly preferred • Legal-process fluency • AI fluency (required) • Strong written communication and stakeholder presence • Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement • US Citizenship required, ability to obtain public trust may be required • Washington, D.C. / MD / VA based is preferred, but not required
