📋 Description

• Provide home remodeling and maintenance services for seniors and busy families • Perform drywall repair, patching, caulking, and interior/exterior painting • Complete general carpentry and flooring repairs/installations • Perform tile work and bathroom upgrades • Handle minor plumbing repairs and minor electrical fixture swaps • Interact professionally with customers while delivering quality workmanship

🎯 Requirements

• 1 or more years of paid experience in remodeling or handyman work • Proficiency in drywall repair, patching, caulking, and interior/exterior painting • Proficiency in general carpentry and flooring repair/installation • Experience with tile work and bathroom upgrades • Ability to perform minor plumbing repairs and minor electrical fixture swaps • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship • Enjoys customer interaction • At least 18 years old • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Own a full set of tools • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Own truck or van for work transportation • Willing to undergo a background investigation verifying clear criminal history
