📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person • Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service • Follow up with warm leads • Provide email and chat support • Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading, research, and mailing • Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations • Undertake assigned projects to contribute to team success • Maintain and update client records in agency management systems • Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry • Active Life Accident & Health insurance license • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and terminology • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Agency management software experience, such as Applied Epic or AMS360, preferred • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
