📋 Description

• Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas • Use Trucordia sales and marketing tools for cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations • Close new business • Act as a subject matter expert in the equine insurance focus area • Manage a book of business to support high renewal rates • Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts • Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices • Properly use Trucordia tools and sales management platform

🎯 Requirements

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License • 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related area of study • 2–5 years in an insurance sales role • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce • Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
