• Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Use Trucordia sales and marketing tools for cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business • Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen area of focus or specialization • Manage a book of business to support high renewal rates • Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts • Mentor less seasoned Producers through the sales and production cycle • Maintain a book of business worth $500,000 in agency commissions/revenue year-over-year • Follow Trucordia sales methodologies, best practices, tools, and sales management platform
🎯 Requirements
• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License • 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study • 5+ years in an Insurance sales role • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce • Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
