📋 Description

• Conduct appraisal quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards • Analyze revision data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to optimize results • Provide data-driven insights to Appraiser Leadership through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Coach and mentor appraisers to minimize revisions and meet the company's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Maintain and enhance quality control workflows to support internal teams and client needs • Update and refine True Footage Templates and Quicklists to standardize best practices • Develop evaluation criteria and frameworks to assess appraisers’ understanding of valuation principles and quality assurance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a certified appraiser with a minimum of five years of experience • Skilled at identifying potential issues and areas for improvement in appraisal reports • Proficient in analyzing reports to recognize market trends, adjustments, and anomalies that may impact quality • Adept at diagnosing issues and implementing effective, practical solutions • Clear and effective in conveying quality standards, delivering feedback, and collaborating with team members to drive improvements • Strong ability to motivate, guide, and support team members in achieving quality goals • Deep understanding of appraisal-specific quality standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance • Experienced in designing and implementing methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency • Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing priorities, circumstances, and requirements while maintaining quality objectives • Dedicated to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations • Committed to upholding fairness, integrity, and the highest ethical standards
