📋 Description

• Complete BPO reports using the proprietary valuation platform • Contribute knowledge of local neighborhoods, pricing trends, and market conditions • Deliver reports accurately and on time • Log in, review a property, apply local market knowledge, and submit the report • Complete training modules, quizzes, and practice properties reviewed by the quality team

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate license • Any state-required BPO credentials • 2+ years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing • Strong knowledge of local market and neighborhoods • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform • Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines • Maintain active license and any state-required BPO credentials
