📋 Description
• Complete BPO reports using our proprietary valuation platform • Contribute your knowledge of local neighborhoods, pricing trends, and market conditions • Deliver reports accurately and on time • Maintain your active license and any state-required BPO credentials
🎯 Requirements
• Active real estate license (plus any state-required BPO credentials) • 2+ years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing • Strong knowledge of your local market and neighborhoods • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform • Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines
