📋 Description

• Consult with clients to assess life insurance and financial protection needs • Present and sell life insurance products tailored to each client's situation • Build long-term client relationships through honest, needs-based advising • Work leads delivered through the automated system without cold prospecting • Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital application tools • Grow as a solo producer or recruit and build a team • Use automated lead flow, appointment setting, applications, and policy tracking infrastructure • Advance through leadership tracks and earn from team production

🎯 Requirements

• Active life insurance license (required) • Strong communication and consultative sales skills • Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor • Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income • Interest in individual production or team building/leadership • Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
