📋 Description

• Develop and execute channel partner strategies aligned with company objectives, specific to the Microsoft D365 F&SCM Partner Community • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners • Create and manage partner segmentation, coverage, and growth plans • Evaluate market opportunities and recommend partnership expansion initiatives • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, including onboarding, training and ongoing enablement • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities • Serve as the primary point of escalation for strategic partner issues • Equip partners with tools, resources, and knowledge to promote product updates, competitive positioning and drive outcomes • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth • Establish and track KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics and develop action plans when targets are not met • Manage partner pipeline development and joint sales activities • Prepare reporting and business insights related to partner performance • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to inform channel strategies • Partner with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives • Collaborate with Product and Existing Business Sales teams to improve partner and customer outcomes • Influence internal stakeholders on partner needs, opportunities, and market feedback • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years successful new business sales or channel partner experience • Deep expertise in working in the Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM community • Understanding of F&SCM’s products, market, and competitive landscape • Experience of working to and exceeding targets • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted sales and negotiations • Drive and determination to succeed; positive, pro-active, can-do attitude; self-starter • Strong relationship builder with an understanding of business processes and exceptional commercial awareness • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes, including indirect sales and channel • Formal or informal sales training; lead generation/pipeline building skills • Experience of ERP systems and processes (Order to Invoice, Purchase to Pay, Warehouse Management and Inventory) • Experience of SaaS solutions, EDI and Supply Chain • An understanding of technology and how it relates to TrueCommerce solutions • Curiosity and comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) to work faster and smarter, with a willingness to help the team adopt and automate with them.
