📋 Description

• Assist in designing and building enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems under close supervision • Support cloud services, network infrastructure, databases, storage solutions, computing platforms, and middleware technologies • Support automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure infrastructure availability and performance • Collaborate with teammates to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards and processes • Troubleshoot simple technical issues affecting infrastructure performance and reliability • Support compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance • Provide technical support for infrastructure-related tasks and small projects • Participate in infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures • Analyze infrastructure systems and processes and make minor changes to address issues • Learn technical fundamentals while supporting infrastructure operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • Basic understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and processes • English language fluency required • Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline (preferred) • Entry-level or prior internship experience supporting infrastructure initiatives in organizational settings (preferred)
