📋 Description

• Provide deep technical knowledge and end-to-end technical oversight from design through solution implementation • Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud systems using SAP BTP services • Establish API portal management, developer tooling, design and runtime policies, canonical APIs, publish/subscribe models, and event-driven architecture • Monitor and support existing and new interface developments • Review code against specifications and perform technical analysis affecting system operations controls • Partner with infrastructure and architecture teams to meet service-level standards and roadmap requirements • Advise project teams on integration technology, data architecture and modeling, API development, and system architecture best practices • Oversee SDLC steps affecting enterprise development and architecture standards • Review project work, technical specifications, and application code for standards adherence • Manage internal, augmented, and externally sourced team members • Communicate project status to management • Oversee version-control technology and standards • Collaborate with solution architects, system integration partners, business-facing teams, and technical teams • Define and enhance integration strategy, design principles, integration-pattern roadmaps, automation, and governance for the S/4 integration landscape • Own and execute a multi-year S/4, cloud API, and integration capabilities roadmap • Define and maintain governance processes and API/integration standards • Design and develop interfaces using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP API Management • Manage integration projects and subprojects for global SAP S/4HANA implementations • Integrate SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, point-of-sale, eCommerce, and other cloud platforms • Optimize technology investments and align digital strategy and solutions with business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Computer Science or a related field required • Master's degree • Minimum 8–10 years of combined IT and SAP experience • 7+ years of experience as an Integration Architect with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and SAP cloud integration services • Experience working with APIs and building an API ecosystem • Experience deploying and managing applications in SAP BTP environments • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on performance optimization • Understanding of enterprise, systems, integration, and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices • Knowledge of reusable APIs, SOAP, JSON, business process automation, and orchestration tools • Understanding of AWS and Azure cloud environments • Experience architecting SAP S/4HANA interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Suite API Management portals • Solid understanding of ERP architecture, integration APIs, configurations, Smart Data Integration, CDS Views, OData provisioning, and web services • Knowledge of standard adapters and connectivity technologies including FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP/REST, and SFTP • Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Advanced Event Mesh, and SAP Smart Data Integration • Experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP interface protocols including RFC, BAPI, IDOC, and ABAP Proxy development • Experience with external B2B connectivity and data integration • Ability to work in a multi-cloud hosting environment using Azure and AWS • Expertise integrating large application platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and Zendesk • Ability to build and communicate architecture using Visio and Lucidchart • Strong experience with SAP BTP and Cloud Application Programming Model • Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and SAP HANA • Expertise in OData Services, REST APIs, CDS modeling, Datasphere, SDI, Advanced Work Zone, SAP Business Application Studio, and SAP Cloud Foundry • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into integration requirements • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven ability to communicate with management and retail partners • Outstanding organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail
