📋 Description
• Draft and update Individual Plans of Care (IPOCs) using clinician completed Diagnostic Assessments and FIRPP notes • Complete Child and Family Team (CFT) documentation • Complete CALOCUS assessments • Administer and score standardized assessment questionnaires as needed, including PHQ 9, GAD 7, and similar measures • Engage in minimal collaboration with clients, families, and clinicians as needed to complete documentation accurately • Maintain compliance with CARF, SC Medicaid, and payer documentation standards • Document all work in the EHR system • Meet assigned deadlines and turnaround expectations on a per event basis
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in a human services field (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology strongly preferred) • Strong clinical writing skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment • Comfort working in an electronic health record system • Reliable laptop and secure internet connection
