📋 Description

• Managing and processing billing activities for clients • Handling invoices • Reconciling payments • Addressing billing issues and inquiries. • Enters daily premium deposit and validates balanced debits • Audits & researches incoming checks • Issues premium refunds as needed. • Assists with customer service duties, including generating past due calls, change processing, and other information requests or data entry requests. • Prepares monthly invoices for external vendors/carriers and tracks past due payments. • Accurately processes and reconciles premium payments at an employee policy level, following company guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 0 – 2 years of related experience.
